1. Return Eligibility
You can return your purchase within 5 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
– The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
– The return request must be initiated within the specified period.
Condition for Exclusion: We do not accept returns for reasons such as “I don’t like it, and I wish to return it.” This ensures our process focuses on valid concerns while maintaining fairness.
Non-returnable Items:
– Innerwear, due to hygiene reasons.
– Personalized or custom-made products.
– Clearance or final-sale items.

2. How to Initiate Return
To initiate a return, email us at return@ingenefitness.com with your order details and the reason for return.
Steps to consider
- Contact us at return@ingenefitness.com with your order ID and a brief explanation of your return reason.
- Our team will review your request and provide a pre-paid return label or further instructions.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return transit and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Once the returned product is received at our facility and duly inspected and approved that you have returned the product in original condition. You get 100% refund of your product within 24-48 Hours. Email or whatsapp communication is sent to you during the process.
- You get final email from us that return is completed.

Registered InGene members And Customers enjoy free return shipping on eligible products. This exclusive benefit ensures a risk-free shopping experience. Be advised that discounted products may be required to bear the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability. If the desired product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Exchanges must comply with the eligibility requirements outlined above.
5. Exceptions
Certain items and circumstances are excluded from our return policy:
– Items marked as Final Sale or Purchased on Discount are not eligible for return.
– Products that show signs of wear, washing, or intentional damage cannot be returned.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Cancellations
If We Cancel:
– In the rare event we cancel your order, we ensure full payment is refunded to you within 24 hours.
If You Cancel:
– Before Dispatch: Cancellation is accepted, and for prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.
– After Dispatch: Cancellation requests will be accepted, and refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of successfully recalling the product.
